Shoe Shopping with Tobie...

Last week, Son and I took Tobie to a shoe store. Our plan was to find her some comfortable summer shoes...

Unfortunately, now that she's a bit older-she's developed her own taste...
Honestly, I have never seen an uglier pair of plastic pink glitter shoes than the ones she picked, but I guess she liked that they sparkled.

Son and I picked out a cute white pair of shoes and had her sit to try them on. She grabbed them from my hand, and said something that I'll never forget: "No, I don't like them. Put it back!"

OHHHHH No. At 2, my child is officially a teenager. *sniff*
